Apex Automotive opened its doors on Bay Road, Cheltenham in 2016. We built the workshop for one purpose — to give Melbourne's European car owners a serious independent option to the dealer network.

Our four technicians are all factory-trained on European platforms. We invest in the same diagnostic tooling the dealers use, source parts through OEM channels, and stamp logbooks to manufacturer schedule. The result is dealership-quality service, typically at around 30% less than the franchise price.

No. Under Australian Consumer Law and the ACCC's guidelines, you are free to have your car serviced by any qualified workshop without losing your factory warranty — provided the service follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses parts of equivalent quality. Apex services to factory specification, uses genuine OEM parts and stamps your logbook accordingly.
Yes. We have a small fleet of complimentary loan cars available for customers booking major services, timing work, or any job requiring more than half a day in the workshop. Please request a loan car at the time of booking — they're allocated first come, first served.
Yes — genuine OEM parts sourced through manufacturer channels are our default. If you'd prefer an equivalent OE-quality alternative (often supplied by the same manufacturer that builds the original for the factory), we'll quote both options so you can make an informed choice. We never substitute without consent.
