Most kitchen renovations take between 4 and 6 weeks on site, plus 4–6 weeks of design and manufacture beforehand. Larger reconfigurations involving structural work, butler's pantries or relocated services can stretch to 8 weeks. Your fixed-price contract will include a guaranteed completion date with daily damages payable to you if we miss it.
Yes — we manage every approval on your behalf: building approval, plumbing approval, certifier engagement, and Form 16 inspections. Heritage and DA work is included where required. You sign one contract and we handle the entire compliance pathway.
For most kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor projects — yes. We seal off the work zone with dust barriers and coordinate trade access carefully. For full home renovations or two-storey extensions we typically recommend a 4–8 week stay elsewhere; we can help arrange short-term accommodation if needed.
